My experience with Joanne Matuszek, the Ethan Allen associate who assisted me in purchasing a sofa, was excellent! This woman is mannerly, professional, well-informed about the products she sells, kind, well-presented and intelligent. She never pressured me, offered good options, came to my home to assist me in choosing upholstery, explained delivery and product protection options and was a terrific person to deal with. We corresponded via both text and e-mail and she’s quick, articulate and astute. I really liked working with her and would seek her out again were I to make another purchase from that Ethan Allen store. She’s great and I wish her every continued success!

Cynthia was wonderful from start to finish! She explained everything about the different styles, sizes, and materials that were available and even let me take home leather samples to see what would best match my decor. Every month Cynthia emailed me and gave me an update on when it would be arriving and it arrived right on time. We couldn't be happier with our Retreat leather sectional in Rodeo Bark Leather and look forward to working with Cynthia in the future for any additional! Thank you again Cynthia!

Ethan Allen is the place to go! We've trusted the professional designers and superior quality of their brand over many years and in different locations to help make the process of furnishing our various homes enjoyable and fun too! RJ was extremely helpful in making furniture, fabric and color selections, and helped us customize pieces to mesh with our sense of style and design. His attention to detail and follow-up was exceptional. We'll surely return for future needs.

Prompt, professional, and skilled, she identified a furniture/design solution for a challenge we had...something we never would have found on our own, and which absolutely delights us now it's in in place. Joanne did an amazing job picking just the right style and fabric for our dining chairs. I recently purchased furniture from Ethan Allen. I had been looking for something for a small living room. I worked with the designer Joanne Matuzsek to find something comfortable that would fit the size of the room and match the color of the walls and be formal but not stuffy. I had worked with Joanne in the past when I bought my house, and she has been and continues to be a godsend. Joanne helped to identify a pattern that matched the room colors (perfectly as described by my friends) for two chairs, a loveseat, an area rug, tables, a lamp and a chandelier. The furniture was delivered last week, and I just had the chandelier installed. I am so impressed and pleased with how it all came out. Joanne's attention to detail, sense of style and keen eye in picking out the right furniture fabric made for a room that exceeded my expectations. I am so pleased with the room. Everyone who has seen it has remarked how great it looks and how comfortable it is. Joanne is a master and I can't imagine that it could have come out better. Work with Joanne and you won't go wrong - you will be glad that you did!!!

We recently moved into a new home and asked Cynthia Johnson from Ethan Allen to assist us in finding furniture for our living and dining rooms. We are so happy we did. Cynthia came to our house to get a good understanding of the layout. All of the furniture that she suggested worked perfectly. The quality was first rate. The delivery men were very careful in setting up the furniture.

I visited Ethan Allen several months ago , looking for some bedroom furniture for a special room for my granddaughters. RJ was there and happy to assist me with my project. I went back a short time later and ordered 2 twin size Quincy beds in Cotton. RJ advised me that they were a special order and might take several months. No problem, I said, I’m having some work done in the room, so I won’t need the beds right away! Long story short, the beds arrived about 3 mouths later, my room was finished, and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with these beds! They are gorgeous- works of art! RJ even came to my home to check the furniture arrangement, as well as the new bedding- it turned out that the mattresses were high , so I changed the box spring order that day! I would highly recommend Ethan Allen to anyone who is looking for a quality product and exceptional service. RJ Provençal could not have been more helpful or well informed; I would not hesitate to call on him again. This is not my first purchase from Ethan Allen, and hopefully, it will not be my last!
